Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the CommuCraft mobile application (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device in accordance with these Terms.

2. Pro Subscription

The core features of the App are available for free. Advanced features (“Pro version”) require a paid subscription, which includes access to premium conversation simulations, persona customization, and scenario settings.

Billing Cycle: Monthly auto-renewal
Price: As displayed at the time of purchase on the App Store (local currency may vary)

All subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. We do not collect or store your payment details. Unless required by law or Apple’s policies, refunds are generally not provided.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Resell, redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Modify or create derivative works based on the App
Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
Use the AI simulation features to generate illegal, harmful, discriminatory, violent, or infringing content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these usage rules.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App, including DISC assessment results, AI conversation logs, and communication persona data.
These contents are securely stored in our cloud database and are linked to your account.

5. AI Feature Disclaimer

CommuCraft uses third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT API) to provide conversation simulations and coaching suggestions.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or unbiased. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the appropriateness of any content before acting upon it.

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time, without prior notice.

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel a subscription, please follow the instructions provided by Apple.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm, arising from:
(a) your use or inability to use the App;
(b) actions or content of any third party in the App;
(c) your reliance on AI-generated content;
(d) information leakage from content you chose to share.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
In case of dispute, the Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the case of major updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or email.
Your continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
